For a nice cash prize you can get over 100 designs to choose from. I am not guaranteeing 100+ entries (-: but the higher the prize, the more entries you are likely to get. We ran a contest a while back which brought in apprx 100 entries.

Logo Design Rights
The contest sponsor (You) is entitled to the full rights to the logo (image) of their choice from the contest, in exchange for their offered prize. The only rights that the artist has in an image that you choose (and provide them with a prize for compensation) is the right to display the image in their personal portfolios.
